I have been trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) and have experience working with clients seeking assistance in addressing a large variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, self-harm/suicidality, sexuality/gender, etc.

I have a strong passion in working with “non-traditional” relationships and families—especially those who identify as LGBTQA+ and/or gender nonconforming. Additionally I have a significant amount of experience working with children and in providing parent coaching/support.
